What can I say. The chocolate facial was a heavenly treat ! Soo relaxing and it smelt wonderful. I love my calgel nails, my nails are the longest they have ever been and they stay looking perfect. Sam is a fab therapist and creates a lovely atmosphere to be pampered in. I can't wait to go back !

What a find! I came for the first time a couple of days ago to try a Karin Herzog facial. It was wonderful and so relaxing, and Sam made me feel very welcome. My skin is certainly still feeling the benefit a few days on. I will definately be back - thank you Sam!

I thought that the whole experience was fantastic, I was made to feel very welcome and I appreciated the demonstration of the products. You can tell that you love what you do, thank you very much and i would definitely recommend you to anyone.

thankyou sam for a fantastic, relaxing karin facial which included back,arms & hands. the whole experience was wonderful, products smelt georgous, hot orange fruity towels great, you made me feel so confortable and chilled i must apologise if i snorned! i will be back and am already recommending you to others!

I purchased a tube of the professional cleansing cream from Sam's site and I am ever so glad I did . It is amazing and sam has helped me find the right products for my skin. I have since purchased The Vitamin H Cream and The Vita A Apricot as well. They are amazing products and have done wonders . Sam is very helpful in that she tells you the best way to use them. Just brilliant. Sam is a star .Thank you soooo very much.

What a wonderful and relaxing experience. My Karin Herzog facial was adorable, my skin feels refreshed, revitalised and beautifully soft to the touch. I recently had a facial from Sam and absolutely can't wait until my next one. From the moment I arrived to the end of the treatment, I felt totally at ease and relaxed. Sam is lovely and friendly and really knows about the products she uses. The facial included a back massage and hand and arm massage and was absolutely wonderful. The products that were used on my face were lovely, and left my skin looking and feeling better than it has done in a long time. I was a little worried beforehand because I have very sensitive skin and often react to products. However I did not have any reaction, and I was so pleased with the positive effects. I won the Gold, Frankincense & Myrhh pampering session & would like to say to Sam, THANK YOU so much for such a gorgeous & special treat.
My treatment lasted almost 2 hours, including a full facial, back, shoulder, neck & arm massage which was just what I needed! The products are amazing, smell delicious & leave a lasting glow to the skin.
Having your eyebrows threaded by Sam is far more preferable to a waxing with smoother & less sore results, so I would say to anyone - give it a go!
I felt so relaxed in Sam's company and think she is wonderfully talented and recommend her to anyone looking for beauty treatments of any kind. I will definitely be back for more.

I treated myself to a Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh Facial before going to a friends wedding and I am so glad I did as it made my skin look and feel AMAZING. Thank you soooo much Sam. I was so impressed that I am treating my mum to one for christmas! Can't wait until my next treatment...

I today went to Sams for my early christmast present (thank you Sarah )gold,frankincense and myrrh. WOW
Christmas really did come early. We were welcomed with open arms and I have to say, that even though we were in the fabulous home of Sam, the treatment room feels every bit like that of a beauty treatment centre, if not that little bit more, as it has that touch of love, home and comfort.
The treatment, well.....it isnt just a face massage, it includes (to start) a 10 minute back massage, followed by a sheer genius facial which whilst this was happening, arm and hand massage.
I have had a really hard year and my beautiful friend, who bought me this spectacular gift, knew this and this was just the most wonderful and thoughtful christmas present.
When the treatment was finished Sam, the most wonderful, I dont know whether to call her a host or beauty therapist (neither of which is enough) then offered tea and mince pies. :)
Book NOW, it really is worth it. Sam, your wonderful..
P.s, Sam does home visits/parties, how brilliant is that!

I had the pleasure of being treated to a facial for my birthday and it was such a lovely present. I had an hour and a half of pure pampering and the treatment left me feeling relaxed and my skin was glowing!! Sam is so, so lovely that whatever treatment you go there for, (even if its a leg wax!) you come away feeling brilliant about yourself! As other people have said, its great to come across someone who believes 100% in the products she uses and she has every reason to as they really do work.
I am so pleased with the results of my facial and it'll definitely be on my wishlist for birthdays and Christmas from now on!!

Sam came to my house to a suprise hen pamper party - everyone chose facials and throughly enjoyed them. We are still talking about them now and we all had amazing skin for the wedding a week later. Thank you so much Sam for making the day so special and we will all see you again very soon.

Relaxing, friendly, professional and a truly wonderful product. The Karin Herzog range is the best that I have used, the results are amazing, I won't use anything else. Sam is fantastic, I have yet to meet a beauty therapist so passionate about her work and the product she uses - why would you go anywhere else.

I had a massage at the Treatment Room and it was simply amazing. I felt fantastic afterwards; my skin is the best it has ever been and it smelt gorgeous. The treatment and service was excellent. Sam made me feel totally relaxed and welcome. I would definately recommend The Treatment Rooms to anyone. I will definately use them again for any treatments I have, in fact next week I am having a spray tan.

Wow, what can I say. I have been using the Karen Herzog products recommended by yourself for nearly 4 weeks now. My skin looks and feels amazing. I now have the confidence to go out of the house without my make-up on. Even my husband has commented, so it must show! My skin always feels so clean and silky. I will be booking in very soon for another pamper as it is money very well spent indeed. You certainly have a wonderful product, but it's only as good as the person that gives you the treatment. So professional Sammie, will be seeing you very soon.

I had a truly wonderful experience at the Treatment Rooms. I had various treatments including waxing, threading and a facial and it was absolutely brilliant. Sam made me feel very welcome and comfortable, despite me being a virgin to all the treatments!
The facial was wonderful and I felt very pampered and relaxed afterwards. My skin still feels great two days on. I would definitely recommend The Treatment Rooms to anyone looking for a professional, friendly and expert beauty treatment.

It was like going to a friend. Sam was wonderful. Had a pedicure and two weeks later the nail varnish hasn't moved, still look beautiful. The back treatment too, will be back and certainly recommending you to friends and playground. :)

i really enjoyed my first karin herrzog facial at the treatment rooms. my skin has not been the same since having my son 11 months ago. after the smoothie facial i saw and felt a huge improvment. my skin has also improved in the last few days. no more dull and lifeless skin! x

I had a Karen Herzog facial about a week ago and oh my gosh what an improvement. Skin care royalty !
My bad skin are a thing from the past and believe me that this is the first time in almost 30 years of existance that I can say this. Besides the total luxury and being treated like a right queen it is great to know that there is a fantastic product to make the experience so much more enjoyable.
I arrived a 'threading' virgin and left with amazing eyebrows :)

I had my fourth Karin Herzog facial this morning and am now completely destressed. Having previously resigned myself to bad skin I couldn't believe how effective the products were under expert supervision, it's made such a difference. Julia also gave me reflexology treatment while I was pregnant which was incredibly balancing and helped me to sleep. I can't recommend The Treatment Rooms highly enough. I had my first Karin Herzog facial a month ago, it was pure luxury, I've always had oily skin but thanks to the Karin Herzog facial my skin is glowing and free from blackheads and whiteheads. I will definately have regular facials to keep my skin in perfect condition. Sam was very professional and made me feel very welcome, thank you again. Sue Greenway x

Well hello girls, what a wonderful morning I had with you both yesterday. My whizzened old feet were transformed into smooth, soft, sexy ones to be proud of (thank you Julia), and my Oxygen facial was a delighful treat, with the fragrance of orange and cinnamon on my skin for hours afterwards,the whole experience was so very relaxing (thank you Sammie).
